Professor Gilly Salmon is one of the world’s leading thinkers, researchers, and practitioners in learning futures, focussing currently on ‘Education 4.0’ and new learning design and pedagogy for the post-COVID generation. She is CEO and Principal Consultant at Education Alchemists in London and Adjunct Professor at Swinburne University in Melbourne. Previously she was Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Education Futures) at the University of Western Australia. She publishes, blogs and presents on innovation and transformation. Her books ‘E-moderating’ and ‘E-tivities’ are considered seminal texts and her ‘Carpe Diem’ learning design methodology is deployed internationally.
